Digital Prints

Processing Time: Each digital portrait is custom-created and will be ready within 48 hours during business days after your order is placed.

Delivery Method: Upon completion, you will receive an email containing a download link for your digital print.

Shipping Cost: Digital products are delivered electronically; therefore, no shipping fees apply.

Physical Prints

Processing Time: Each physical portrait is custom-created within 48 hours during business days after your order is placed. Following this, the printing and fulfillment process takes an additional 2–5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times:

USA: 3–4 business days

Europe: 6–8 business days

Australia: 2–14 business days

International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as customs processing and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the print. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to ensure affordability.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Packaging

Lost or Damaged Items

Damaged Items: If your physical print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Items: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to ensure you receive your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Digital Prints: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Physical Prints: We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
